Quite simply we are both. We began as a local brick and mortar in the upscale NYC district of NYC. Our success locally for the past few years allowed us to be fortunate enough to branch out nationally and globally to become one of the recognized leaders worldwide in pre-owned luxury watches. Our owner wanted to make sure that the same client relationships and satisfaction that made us so successful locally could be maintained on such a global scale online. Express Watches is not an "Authorized Dealer" of the high-end luxury brands that we sell. Authorized dealers cannot sell online or below retail. We can do both. We choose to pass that savings on to you.

An Authorized or Official Dealer is simply a dealer who has agreed to work with a limited number of manufacturers in exchange for steeply discounted pricing on merchandise. However, the manufacturers place strict guidelines on merchandise pricing for Authorized Dealers, which restricts the dealers from discounting merchandise. As such, these dealers operate at very high margins and do not pass savings on to their customers. In addition, it is strictly forbidden for many top tier Swiss manufacturers such as Rolex and Richard Mille to sell any of their products retail online.

We use state-of-the-art encryption software to ensure that all transactions on our site remain safe and secure. The personal information collected during sales is only used for the purposes of billing, shipping, and verification; we value our customers’ privacy and will never share their information with advertisers or anybody else.

Every watch we sell at Express Watches is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and genuine name-brand, unless otherwise specified. Our expert and certified Master watchmakers conduct rigorous reviews of each watch to ensure its authenticity before we list anything for sale. You're welcome to authenticate your watch locally at any authorized retailer. It is essential to use authorized retailers only for any questions regarding a luxury timepiece. Authenticity has never once been an issue at Express Watches and we are extremely proud of our track record dating back many years and thousands of watches.

Yes. Unlike most online retailers we have a physical show-room in NYC, and all of our inventory online is in the show-room. Every watch listed online is in stock and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Express Watches accepts all major credit cards. We accept PayPal as well as Bank Wire Transfer. Wire Transfer is a very popular option as we provide a discount for this method of payment.

Absolutely every watch we sell has its original serial number. We do not accept watches without serial numbers, and we do not remove serial numbers for any reason. In fact, we discourage this practice as does every reputable high-end watch dealer. We sell only the finest products in excellent condition. We do not sell or purchase any watches without serial numbers and would suggest that if a company offers watches without serial numbers you should walk away from that company and never look back.

Many of our watches include the original manufacturer's box and all documentation. If the original box is not available, we will provide you with a quality replacement box. If there is no manufacturer's paperwork, Express Watches will provide a complimentary appraisal listing all verified documentation free of charge upon request. This appraisal can also be used for insurance purposes.

Express Watches is honored to have the opportunity to serve you. That is why we stand by all of our products with a full 6 month limited warranty. If an item we sell you should fail as a result of a manufacturer's defect at any time during the first 6 months, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to you. Because Express Watches is not an authorized dealer for many of the products that we sell, the manufacturer may not honor their original warranty.
